Leah Abel has 20 years of experience empowering teams for excellence and productivity. Leah brings a focused, goal-oriented meeting process and high level of strategic planning skills to her work. Her clients experience greater success in moving ideas and concepts to tangible plans and results. Leah is a graduate of Concordia University Nebraska and her training and certifications include work with the Institute of Cultural Affairs, the Project Management Institute, 4DX, and the Townsend Leadership Institute.

Megan Miessler is the Executive Director of Lutheran Counseling Services in Orlando, FL. Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and also a Rostered DCE receiving her MSW from University of Central Florida and her DCE certification from Concordia St. Paul. Megan has worked as a therapist in the school counseling setting and in private practice working with children, adolescents, couples and families. Megan has been part of crisis response to natural disasters and tragedies throughout the country. She has a heart for educators, church workers and challenging people to take care of their mind, body and spirit. Megan seeks to encourage self-awareness, through authenticity, so that all feel equipped to use their God-given gifts and talents.
